How do I receive my digital mockup files?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your purchases at any time through your Mockup.Maison account dashboard.
What software do I need to use your products?
Our mockups are primarily provided as high-resolution PSD files with smart object layers. We recommend using Adobe Photoshop CC for the best editing experience.
What is your refund policy for digital goods?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact our support team and we will resolve it.
Can I use these mockups for commercial projects?
Yes, our standard license allows you to use the mockups for both personal and commercial client work. However, you may not redistribute or resell the original source files.
Are the background elements adjustable?
Most of our premium mockups feature isolated objects and adjustable backgrounds, allowing you to change colors or textures to fit your specific branding needs.
